Reader 1 (Saturday Evening Portion)

Lev 6:8 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 6:9 Command * Aharon and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering: It is
the burnt offering, because of the burning upon the altar all night unto the morning, and the
fire of the altar shall be burning in it.
Lev 6:10 And the priest shall put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches shall he put
upon his flesh, and take up * the ashes which the fire has consumed with the burnt offering
on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar.
Lev 6:11 And he shall put off * his garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth *
the ashes outside the camp unto a clean place.
Lev 6:12 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the
priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and
he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings.
Lev 6:13 The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.

(Sunday Morning Portion)

Lev 6:14 And this is the law of the minkha: the sons of Aharon shall offer it before YHWH,
before the altar.
Lev 6:15 And he shall take of it his handful, of the flour of the minkha, and of the oil thereof,
and all the frankincense which is upon the minkha, and shall burn it upon the altar for a
sweet savor, even the memorial of it, unto YHWH.
Lev 6:16 And the remainder thereof shall Aharon and his sons eat: with unleavened bread
shall it be eaten in the holy place; in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation they
shall eat it.
Lev 6:17 It shall not be baked with leaven. I have given it unto them for their portion of my
offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as is the sin offering, and as the trespass offering.
Lev 6:18 All the males among the children of Aharon shall eat of it. It shall be a statute
forever in your generations concerning the offerings of YHWH made by fire: every one that
touches them shall be holy.

Reader 2 (Sunday Evening Portion)

Lev 6:19 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 6:20 This is the offering of Aharon and of his sons, which they shall offer unto YHWH in
the day when he is anointed; the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a minkha perpetual,
half of it in the morning, and half thereof at night.
Lev 6:21 In a pan it shall be made with oil; and when it is baked, you shall bring it in: and
the baked pieces of the minkha shall you offer for a sweet savor unto YHWH.
Lev 6:22 And the priest of his sons that is anointed in his stead shall offer it: it is a statute
forever unto YHWH; it shall be wholly burnt.
Lev 6:23 For every minkha for the priest shall be wholly burnt: it shall not be eaten.
Lev 6:24 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 6:25 Speak unto Aharon and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin offering: In the
place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before YHWH: it is
most holy.
Lev 6:26 The priest that offers it for sin * shall eat it: in the holy place shall it be eaten, in the
court of the tabernacle of the congregation.
Lev 6:27 Whatsoever shall touch the flesh thereof shall be holy: and when there is sprinkled
of the blood thereof upon any garment, you shall wash that whereon it was sprinkled in the
holy place.
Lev 6:28 But the earthen vessel wherein it is boiled shall be broken: and if it be boiled in a
copper pot, it shall be both scoured, and rinsed in water.
Lev 6:29 All the males among the priests shall eat thereof: it is most holy.
Lev 6:30 And no sin offering, whereof any of the blood is brought into the tabernacle of the
congregation to reconcile in the holy place, shall be eaten: it shall be burnt in the fire.

(Monday Morning Portion)

Lev 7:2 In the place where they kill * the burnt offering shall they kill * the trespass offering:
and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle round about upon the altar.
Lev 7:3 And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof *; the rump, and the fat that covers * the
inwards,
Lev 7:4 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the caul
that is above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away:
Lev 7:5 And the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto
YHWH: it is a trespass offering.
Lev 7:6 Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in the holy place: it
is most holy.
Lev 7:7 As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: there is one law for them: the priest
that makes atonement therewith shall have it.
Lev 7:8 And the priest that offers * any man’s burnt offering, the priest shall have to himself
the skin of the burnt offering which he has offered.
Lev 7:9 And all the minkha that is baked in the oven, and all that is dressed in the stew pan,
and in the baking pan, shall be the priest’s that offers it.
Lev 7:10 And every minkha, mingled with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aharon have, one
as much as another.

Reader 3 (Monday Evening Portion)

Lev 7:11 And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer unto
YHWH.
Lev 7:12 If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving
unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes
mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.
Lev 7:13 Besides the cakes, he shall offer for his offering leavened bread with the sacrifice of
thanksgiving of his peace offerings.
Lev 7:14 And of it he shall offer one out of the whole offering for a heave offering unto
YHWH, and it shall be the priest’s that sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.
Lev 7:15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten
the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
Lev 7:16 But if the sacrifice of his offering be a vow, or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten
the same day that he offered * his sacrifice: and on the morrow also the remainder of it shall
be eaten:
Lev 7:17 But the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with
fire.
Lev 7:18 And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the
third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offered it: it
shall be an abomination, and the soul that eats of it shall bear his lawlessness.
Lev 7:19 And the flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt
with fire: and as for the flesh, all that be clean shall eat thereof.
Lev 7:20 But the soul that eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain
unto YHWH, having his uncleanness upon him, even that soul shall be cut off from his
people.
Lev 7:21 Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or

Haftarah (Shabbat Evening Portion)

Jer 7:21 Thus saith YHWH Tseva’ah, the Elohim of Yisra’el; Put your burnt offerings unto
your sacrifices, and eat flesh.
Jer 7:22 For I spoke not unto * your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought
them out of the land of Mitzrayim, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices:
Jer 7:23 But * this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your
Elohim, and you shall be my people: and walk you in all the ways that I have commanded
you, that it may be well unto you.
Jer 7:24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined * their ear, but walked in the counsels and in
the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Jer 7:25 Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Mitzrayim unto this
day I have even sent unto you * all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and
sending them:
Jer 7:26 Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined * their ear, but hardened * their neck:
they did worse than their fathers.
Jer 7:27 Therefore you shall speak * all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to
you: you shall also call unto them; but they will not answer you.
Jer 7:28 But you shall say unto them, This is a nation that obeys not the voice of YHWH
their Elohim, nor receives correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
Jer 7:29 Cut off your hair, and cast it away, and take up a lamentation on high places; for
YHWH has rejected and forsaken * the generation of His wrath.
Jer 7:30 For the children of Yahudah have done evil in my sight, saith YHWH: they have set
their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to pollute it.
Jer 7:31 And they have built the high places of Tofet, which is in the valley of the son of
Hinnom, to burn * their sons and their daughters in the fire; which I commanded them not,
neither came it into my heart.
Jer 7:32 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith YHWH, that it shall no more be called
Tofet, nor the valley of the son of Hinnom, but the valley of slaughter: for they shall bury in
Tofet, till there be no place.
Jer 7:33 And the carcases of this people shall be food for the fowls of the heaven, and for the
beasts of the earth; and none shall fray them away.
Jer 7:34 Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Yahudah, and from the streets of
Yahrushalayim, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom,
and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate.
Jer 8:1 At that time, saith YHWH, they shall bring out * the bones of the kings of Yahudah,
and the bones of his princes, and the bones of the priests, and the bones of the prophets, and
the bones of the inhabitants of Yahrushalayim, out of their graves:
Jer 8:2 And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven,
whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and
whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall not be gathered, nor
be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth.
Jer 8:3 And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue of them that remain of
this evil family, which remain in all the places where I have driven them, saith YHWH
Tseva’ah.
Jer 9:22 Speak, Thus saith YHWH, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the
open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather.
Jer 9:23 Thus saith YHWH, Let not the wise glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty
glory in his might, let not the rich glory in his riches:
Jer 9:24 But let him that glories glory in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am
YHWH which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in
these things I delight, saith YHWH.
