Haftarah
Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of YHWH comes, and your spoil shall be divided in the midst of you.

Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Yahrushalayim to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Zec 14:3 Then shall YHWH go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Yahrushalayim on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

Zec 14:5 And you shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Atzel: yea, you shall flee, like as you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziyah king of Yahudah: and YHWH my Elohim shall come, and all the saints with you.

Zec 14:6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:

Zec 14:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to YHWH, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.

Zec 14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Yahrushalayim; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

Zec 14:9 And YHWH shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall YHWH be one, and His name one.

Zec 14:10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geva to Rimmon south of Yahrushalayim: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benyamin’s gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Chanan’el unto the king’s winepresses.

Zec 14:11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Yahrushalayim shall be safely inhabited.

Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith YHWH will smite all the people that have fought against Yahrushalayim; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Zec 14:13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from YHWH shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbor, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor.

Zec 14:14 And Yahudah also shall fight at Yahrushalayim; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

Zec 14:15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the donkey, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Yahrushalayim shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, YHWH Tsebeoath, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Zec 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Yahrushalayim to worship the King, YHWH Tsebeoath, even upon them shall be no rain.

Zec 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith YHWH will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Zec 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Zec 14:20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO YHWH; and the pots in YHWH’S house shall be like the bowls before the altar.

Zec 14:21 Yea, every pot in Yahrushalayim and in Yahudah shall be holiness unto YHWH Tsebeoath: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Kena’ani in the house of YHWH Tsebeoath.

1Ki 8:1 Then Shlomo assembled the elders of Yisra’el, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Yisra’el, unto king Shlomo in Yahrushalayim, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of YHWH out of the city of David, which is Tzion.

1Ki 8:2 And all the men of Yisra’el assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

1Ki 8:3 And all the elders of Yisra’el came, and the priests took up the ark.

1Ki 8:4 And they brought up the ark of YHWH, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, even those did the priests and the Levi bring up.

1Ki 8:5 And king Shlomo, and all the congregation of Yisra’el, that were assembled unto him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be told nor numbered for multitude.

1Ki 8:6 And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of YHWH unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the keruvim.

1Ki 8:7 For the keruvim spread forth their two wings over the place of the ark, and the keruvim covered the ark and the staves thereof above.

1Ki 8:8 And they drew out the staves, that the ends of the staves were seen out in the holy place before the oracle, and they were not seen outside: and there they are unto this day.

1Ki 8:9 There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moshe put there at Chorev, when YHWH made a covenant with the children of Yisra’el, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

1Ki 8:10 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of YHWH,

1Ki 8:11 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of YHWH had filled the house of YHWH.

1Ki 8:12 Then spake Shlomo, YHWH said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.

1Ki 8:13 I have surely built you an house to dwell in, a settled place for you to abide in for ever.

1Ki 8:14 And the king turned his face about, and blessed all the congregation of Yisra’el: (and all the congregation of Yisra’el stood;)

1Ki 8:15 And he said, Blessed be YHWH Elohim of Yisra’el, which spake with his mouth unto David my father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

1Ki 8:16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Yisra’el out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Yisra’el to build an house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Yisra’el.

1Ki 8:17 And it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of YHWH Elohim of Yisra’el.

1Ki 8:18 And YHWH said unto David my father, Whereas it was in your heart to build an house unto my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

1Ki 8:19 Nevertheless you shall not build the house; but your son that shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house unto my name.

1Ki 8:20 And YHWH has performed his word that he spake, and I am risen up in the room of David my father, and sit on the throne of Yisra’el, as YHWH promised, and have built an house for the name of YHWH Elohim of Yisra’el.

1Ki 8:21 And I have set there a place for the ark, wherein is the covenant of YHWH, which he made with our fathers, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.
