Lev 21:1 And YHWH said unto Moshe, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aharon, and say unto
them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:
Lev 21:2 But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for
his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother,
Lev 21:3 And for his sister a virgin, that is near unto him, which has had no husband; for her
may he be defiled.
Lev 21:4 He shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.
Lev 21:5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner
of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
Lev 21:6 They shall be holy unto their Elohim, and not profane the name of their Elohim: for *
the offerings of YHWH made by fire, and the bread of their Elohim, they do offer: therefore
they shall be holy.
Lev 21:7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman
put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his Elohim.
Lev 21:8 You shall sanctify him therefore; for he offers * the bread of your Elohim: he shall be
holy unto you: for I, YHWH, which sanctifies you, am holy.

Lev 21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she
profanes * her father: she shall be burnt with fire.
Lev 21:10 And the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was
poured, and that is consecrated * to put on * the garments, shall not uncover * his head, nor
rend his clothes;
Lev 21:11 Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or for his
mother;
Lev 21:12 Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane * the sanctuary of his Elohim;
for the crown of the anointing oil of his Elohim is upon him: I am YHWH.
Lev 21:13 And he shall take a wife in her virginity.
Lev 21:14 A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or a harlot, * these shall he not take: but
he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
Lev 21:15 Neither shall he profane his seed among his people: for I YHWH do sanctify him.

Lev 21:16 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 21:17 Speak unto Aharon, saying, Whosoever of your seed in their generations that has any
blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his Elohim.
Lev 21:18 For whatsoever man that has a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or lame,
or he that has a flat nose, or anything superfluous,
Lev 21:19 Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
Lev 21:20 Or hunchbacked, or a dwarf, or that has a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or
scabbed, or has his stones broken;
Lev 21:21 No man that has a blemish of the seed of Aharon the priest shall come near to offer *
the offerings of YHWH made by fire: he has a blemish; he shall not come near to offer * the
bread of his Elohim.
Lev 21:22 He shall eat the bread of his Elohim, of the most holy, and of the holy.
Lev 21:23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come near unto the altar, because he has a
blemish; that he profane not * my [sanctuary]: for I, Elohim, do sanctify them.
Lev 21:24 And Moshe told it unto Aharon, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Yisra’el.
(Monday Morning Portion)
Lev 22:1 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 22:2 Speak unto Aharon and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things
of the children of Yisra’el, and that they profane not * my holy name in those things which
they hallow unto me: I am YHWH.
Lev 22:3 Say unto them, Whosoever of all your seed among your generations, that goes unto the
holy things, which the children of Yisra’el hallow unto YHWH, having his uncleanness upon
him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am YHWH.
Lev 22:4 What man soever of the seed of Aharon is a leper, or has a running issue; he shall not
eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso touches anything that is unclean by the
dead, or a man whose seed goes from him;
Lev 22:5 Or whosoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man
of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he has;
Lev 22:6 The soul which has touched any such, shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of
the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.
Lev 22:7 And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy
things; because it is his food.
Lev 22:8 That which dies of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself
therewith: I am YHWH.
Lev 22:9 They shall therefore keep * my ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if
they profane it: I, YHWH, do sanctify them.
Lev 22:10 There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or a hired
servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
Lev 22:11 But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in
his house: they shall eat of his food.
Lev 22:12 If the priest’s daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an
offering of the holy things.
Lev 22:13 But if the priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is
returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s food: but there
shall no stranger eat thereof.
Lev 22:14 And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof
unto it, and shall give it unto the priest * with the holy thing.
Lev 22:15 And they shall not profane * the holy things of the children of Yisra’el, * which they
offer unto YHWH;
Lev 22:16 Or suffer them to bear the lawlessness of trespass, when they eat * their holy things:
for I YHWH do sanctify them.

Lev 22:17 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 22:18 Speak unto Aharon, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Yisra’el, and say unto
them, Whosoever of the house of Yisra’el, or of the strangers in Yisra’el, that will offer his
oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto YHWH
for a burnt offering;
Lev 22:19 You shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep,
or of the goats.
Lev 22:20 But whatsoever has a blemish, that shall you not offer: for it shall not be acceptable
for you.
Lev 22:21 And whosoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings unto YHWH to accomplish his
vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be
no blemish therein.
Lev 22:22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, you shall not
offer these unto YHWH, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto YHWH.
Lev 22:23 Either a bullock or a lamb that has anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that
may you offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
Lev 22:24 You shall not offer unto YHWH that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut;
neither shall you make any offering thereof in your land.
Lev 22:25 Neither from a stranger’s hand shall you offer * the bread of your Elohim of any of
these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be
accepted for you.
(Tuesday Morning Portion)
Lev 22:26 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 22:27 When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days
under the dam; and from the eighth day and thereforth it shall be accepted for an offering
made by fire unto YHWH.
Lev 22:28 And whether it be a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and her young both in one day.
Lev 22:29 And when you will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto YHWH, offer it at your own
will.
Lev 22:30 On the same day it shall be eaten up; you shall leave none of it until the morrow: I
am YHWH.
Lev 22:31 Therefore shall you keep my commandments, and do them: I am YHWH.
Lev 22:32 Neither shall you profane * my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children
of Yisra’el: I am YHWH which hallows you,
Lev 22:33 That brought you out * of the land of Mitzrayim, to be your Elohim: I am YHWH.

Lev 23:1 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 23:2 Speak unto the children of Yisra’el, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of
YHWH, which * you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are my feasts.
Lev 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, a holy
convocation; you shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of YHWH in all your dwellings.
Lev 23:4 These are the feasts of YHWH, holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their
seasons.
Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is YHWH’S passover.
Lev 23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto
YHWH: seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
Lev 23:7 In the first day you shall have a holy convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.
Lev 23:8 But you shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH seven days: in the seventh
day is a holy convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.
(Wednesday Morning Portion)
Lev 23:9 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 23:10 Speak unto the children of Yisra’el, and say unto them, When you come into the land
which I give unto you, and shall reap * the harvest thereof, then you shall bring * a sheaf of
the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
Lev 23:11 And he shall wave * the sheaf before YHWH, to be accepted for you: on the morrow
after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
Lev 23:12 And you shall offer that day when you wave * the sheaf a he lamb without blemish of
the first year for a burnt offering unto YHWH.
Lev 23:13 And the minkha thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an
offering made by fire unto YHWH for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be
of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
Lev 23:14 And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor produce, until the selfsame
day that you have brought * an offering unto your Elohim: it shall be a statute forever
throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
Lev 23:15 And you shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that
you brought * the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
Lev 23:16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall you number fifty days; and you
shall offer a new minkha unto YHWH.
Lev 23:17 You shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall
be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto YHWH.
Lev 23:18 And you shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and
one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto YHWH, with their
minkha, and their drink offerings, an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto YHWH.
Lev 23:19 Then you shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the
first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
Lev 23:20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering
before YHWH, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to YHWH for the priest.
Lev 23:21 And you shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be a holy convocation unto
you: you shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute forever in all your dwellings
throughout your generations.
Lev 23:22 And when you reap * the harvest of your land, you shall not make clean riddance of
the corners of your field when you reap, neither shall you gather any gleaning of your
harvest: you shall leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am YHWH your Elohim.
Reader 5 (Wednesday Evening Portion)
Lev 23:23 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 23:24 Speak unto the children of Yisra’el, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of
the month, shall you have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of shofars, a holy convocation.
Lev 23:25 You shall do no servile work therein: but you shall offer an offering made by fire unto
YHWH.
(Thursday Morning Portion)
Lev 23:26 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 23:27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it
shall be a holy convocation unto you; and you shall afflict * your souls, and offer an offering
made by fire unto YHWH.
Lev 23:28 And you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an
atonement for you before YHWH your Elohim.
Lev 23:29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut
off from among his people.
Lev 23:30 And whatsoever soul it be that does any work in that same day, * the same soul will I
destroy from among his people.
Lev 23:31 You shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute forever throughout your
generations in all your dwellings.
Lev 23:32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict * your souls: in the ninth
day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall you celebrate your sabbath.
Reader 6 (Thursday Evening Portion)
Lev 23:33 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 23:34 Speak unto the children of Yisra’el, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month
shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto YHWH.
Lev 23:35 On the first day shall be a holy convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.
Lev 23:36 Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH: on the eighth day
shall be a holy convocation unto you; and you shall offer an offering made by fire unto
YHWH: it is a solemn assembly; and you shall do no servile work therein.
Lev 23:37 These are the feasts of YHWH, which * you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to
offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH, a burnt offering, and a minkha, a sacrifice, and
drink offerings, everything upon his day:
Lev 23:38 Beside the sabbaths of YHWH, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and
beside all your freewill offerings, which you give unto YHWH.
Lev 23:39 Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in * the fruit
of the land, you shall keep a feast unto YHWH seven days: on the first day shall be a
sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
Lev 23:40 And you shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm
trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before
YHWH your Elohim seven days.
Lev 23:41 And you shall keep it a feast unto YHWH seven days in the year. It shall be a statute
forever in your generations: you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
Lev 23:42 You shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Yisra’eli born shall dwell in booths:
Lev 23:43 That your generations may know that I made * the children of Yisra’el to dwell in
booths, when I brought them out * of the land of Mitzrayim: I am YHWH your Elohim.
Lev 23:44 And Moshe declared unto the children of Yisra’el * the feasts of YHWH.
Reader 7 (6th Day Friday Morning Double Portion)
Lev 24:1 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 24:2 Command * the children of Yisra’el, that they bring unto you pure oil olive beaten for
the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually.
Lev 24:3 Outside the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aharon
order it from the evening unto the morning before YHWH continually: it shall be a statute
forever in your generations.
Lev 24:4 He shall order * the lamps upon the pure menorah before YHWH continually.
Lev 24:5 And you shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in
one cake.
Lev 24:6 And you shall set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before YHWH.
Lev 24:7 And you shall put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a
memorial, an offering made by fire unto YHWH.
Lev 24:8 Every sabbath he shall set it in order before YHWH continually, being taken from the
children of Yisra’el by an everlasting covenant.
Lev 24:9 And it shall be Aharon’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is
most holy unto him of the offerings of YHWH made by fire by a perpetual statute.
Lev 24:10 And the son of a Yisra’eli woman, whose father was a Mitzrayim, went out among the
children of Yisra’el: and this son of the Yisra’eli woman and a man of Yisra’el strove together
in the camp;
Lev 24:11 And the Yisra’eli woman’s son blasphemed * the name of YHWH, and cursed. And
they brought him unto Moshe: (and his mother’s name was Shelomit, the daughter of Divri,
of the tribe of Dan:)
Lev 24:12 And they put him in ward, that the mind of YHWH might be showed them.
Lev 24:13 And YHWH spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Lev 24:14 Bring forth * him that has cursed outside the camp; and let all that heard him lay *
their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
Lev 24:15 And you shall speak unto the children of Yisra’el, saying, Whosoever curses his
Elohim shall bear his sin.
Lev 24:16 And he that blasphemes the name of YHWH, he shall surely be put to death, and all
the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the
land, when he blasphemes the name of YHWH, shall be put to death.
Lev 24:17 And he that kills any man shall surely be put to death.
Lev 24:18 And he that kills a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.
Lev 24:19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbor; as he has done, so shall it be done to
him;
Lev 24:20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he has caused a blemish in a man,
so shall it be done to him.
Lev 24:21 And he that kills a beast, he shall restore it: and he that kills a man, he shall be put to
death.
Lev 24:22 You shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own
country: for I am YHWH your Elohim.
Lev 24:23 And Moshe spoke to the children of Yisra’el, that they should bring forth * him that
had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Yisra’el did as
YHWH commanded * Moshe.
Haftarah (Shabbat Evening Portion)
Eze 44:15 But the priests the Levi’im, the sons of Tzadok, that kept * the charge of my sanctuary
when the children of Yisra’el went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister
unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith YHWH
Elohim:
Eze 44:16 They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister
unto me, and they shall keep * my charge.
Eze 44:17 And it shall come to pass, when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall
be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come upon them, while they minister in
the gates of the inner court, and within.
Eze 44:18 They shall have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches upon
their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything that causes sweat.
Eze 44:19 And when they go forth into the utter court, into the utter court to the people, they
shall put off * their garments wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers,
and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify * the people with their
garments.
Eze 44:20 Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall
only [shear] * their heads.
Eze 44:21 Neither shall any priest drink wine, when they enter into the inner court.
Eze 44:22 Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her that is put away: but they
shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Yisra’el, or a widow that had a priest before.
Eze 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and
cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
Eze 44:24 And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to
my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my assemblies; and they
shall hallow my sabbaths.
Eze 44:25 And they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves: but for father, or for
mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that has had no husband, they
may defile themselves.
Eze 44:26 And after he is cleansed, they shall reckon unto him seven days.
Eze 44:27 And in the day that he goes into the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in
the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, saith YHWH Elohim.
Eze 44:28 And it shall be unto them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: and you shall
give them no possession in Yisra’el: I am their possession.
Eze 44:29 They shall eat the minkha, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every
dedicated thing in Yisra’el shall be theirs.
Eze 44:30 And the first of all the firstfruits of all, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your
oblations, shall be the priest’s: you shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that
he may cause the blessing to rest in your house.
Eze 44:31 The priests shall not eat of anything that is dead of itself, or torn, whether it be fowl
or beast.
